How does one write about oneself? There are lots of ways to start. I chose to start with a question as questioning ourselves is critically important as you receive coaching and as you learn how to coach yourself. Clearly, a person is more than a brief write up. Feel free to meet me for a discovery session to explore how I can help you.

I’ve learned to value my life enough to help teach and coach you in valuing your own. I’ve gotten to know myself intimately. It’s important for me to accept all aspects of myself deeply so I can accept you just as you are with compassion which creates a safe relationship in developing an outcome that suits your life.

My life has taken many different paths. I’ve had careers and experiences in multiple fields: business, fitness, nutrition, healthcare, service, sales, entrepreneurship, domestic work, sports coaching, hospitality, volunteer, and creative endeavors. I’m a mother of young adults and a teen. I’ve advocated for myself and the rights of others. Now, I help teach others to advocate for themselves. I also enjoy exercising, nature, animals, entertaining, writing, reading, learning, cooking, traveling, and creating.

Each of us have our own life experiences. However, I’ve acquired the tools to teach others to have success, fulfillment and bliss in their lives. Coaching isn’t about mimicking what another person does, it’s about learning what works for you and how to achieve it from your own well of wisdom. Most of us simply don’t know how to access it or need to work with our mindsets so we can more clearly see our truth. We are all capable of accomplishing our deepest desires and things we never knew we could achieve.
